I have always been attracted to the organic earthy creations of jewelry. As a child in the 60’s and 70’s I remember loving the look of turquoise strung with silver. I was intrigued with the sterling silver creations of our Native American’s. I love a simple yet impressive string of fetishes. Hoop earrings where a huge things back then and they seen to be in style once again. I can remember sitting for hours making things from Hemp cord and trade beads.
I love to find treasures at flea markets and yard sales. I could spend an entire day hunting that one special treasure. I am known to combine interesting vintage pieces with contemporary components and refashioning items into works of art. My style evolves around the use of semi precious gemstones, vintage pieces and sterling. I love meretricious bracelets and earrings My style does change continuously, however I always come back to the organic look. I have honed my techniques over the years and take a great deal of pride in my work; which is why all your purchases are guaranteed to please and last for years to come.
My front yard is the picturesque Mount Shasta and my back yard is the dense forest. I am reminded of natures splendor daily and often have visits from the local wild life, mountain lions, deer, bear, raccoons, and a colorful array of birds. It offers a great creative plate for me.
