-- COUPONS AND DISCOUNTS --

We offer coupons and discounts on occassion as well as a discount for return customers. Please note that all coupon codes and discount codes must be applied to your order at check-out or they are not valid for use. We will not apply coupons and discounts retroactively (i.e., after your transaction is complete and your order has shipped). To receive the coupon/s you must be on our mailing.

--PAYMENTS--
PayPal is our preferred method of payment, you may pay with online checking, or credits with them.

-- CREDIT CARDS and DEBIT --
You don't need a PayPal account to pay. They can process your card without setting up a PayPal account. Just select the PayPal option at checkout and click the green "Check Out with PayPal" button. In the page that comes up, instead of logging into PayPal or signing up for an account, click the link near the bottom of the screen that says "Don't have a PayPal account? Pay with your debit or credit card as a PayPal guest." You will then be taken to a screen where you can enter your credit information to complete your order.

Also available, we can offer the option of paying through Google Checkout,  please contact me prior to checking out so this can be arranged.

-- MONEY ORDERS --
We accept **only** USPS (United States Postal Service) issued money orders. Please contact us prior to check out to make arrangements concerning this method of payment.

--RETURN AND EXCHANGES--
1.     If you are not pleased with your purchase, simply contact us by email or phone within 3 days of delivery of your item to arrange for its return and a refund of the purchase price, less any shipping or insurance fees you paid when purchasing.
2.     We will acknowledge your return request within 3 days.
3.     You will ship the item back to the store within 3 days of the acknowledgement: 
    a.  The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, insured for its purchased price, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you with the store's tags and identifying marks intact. 
    b.  We recommend you use delivery tracking and get a delivery receipt. 
    c.  The buyer pays for return shipping and insurance.
4.     After we verify the returned item is as originally sent, we will issue a full refund within 3 days. The refund will be less any shipping or insurance charges.  You may choose a cash refund or store credit.   

--SHIPPING--

Your order is mailed promptly within three business days after payment is received.  If you are in the area you are more than welcome to make arrangements and pick your purchase up.

Delivery time within the continental U.S. is estimated by the post office as 2-5 business days or 5-15 business days for shipments outside the continental United States

If you prefer another method of shipment, please contact us through e-mail to make arrangements.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING is available at reasonable rates. Please email me prior to purchasing if you need to know the exact charges and if I ship to your country.  In most cases, any orders shipped outside the continental U.S. are quoted by the post office as delivering in 5-15 business days barring any delays that may be caused by customs issues at the country of destination. Please note that we have no control over your country's customs procedures and policies. Neither are we responsible for any VAT/Customs fees that may be related to your order nor will we help you in illegally circumventing these fees if they are applicable to you. Falsifying customs declarations or having an item marked as "gift" in order to avoid customs fees is classified as Mail Fraud and is a felony.

--LAYAWAY--
 
-- LAYAWAY PAYMENTS PLAN --
In these difficult economic times, we understand sometimes it can be hard to get together all at once the funds necessary to pay for large ticket items. For this reason, we've begun offering a layaway plan. Orders must be over $100.00 to qualify.

Please contact us ( ) for further instructions on how to take advantage of this offer prior to purchasing an item.

On the Layaway Plan, we will set aside the items in your order until it has been paid-in-full then ship your items to you at the time of your last payment.

Layaway Payment Requirements: You must pay up to 25% of your original order's total each month. (Example; if you buy a bracelet for $100 means you'll then pay $25 each month.) You pay the first 25% up front and we will send you PayPal invoices via e-mail each month for all subsequent payments. Please be sure to pay this invoice within a week of it being sent to you or your layaway will be canceled out. (Don't worry, we'll send you a couple of reminders near the end of the week as well in case you missed the invoice the first time it was sent.)

If you ever want to pay more than 25% at any time, just let us know!
